Measuring ALL6 and ALL7 spacing

The spacings of ALL6 and ALL7 should be measured in the following region:

0.013 nm-1  < R < 0.053 nm-1

You need to calculate how many pixels the ROI to the meridian, namely X1 and X2

Assume: λ=0.1033 nm; 1 pixel=0.075mm; Sample to detector=1833mm, thus

1/0.013 nm =(0.1033nm∗1833mm)/(0.075mm/pixel∗X1)

X1=33 pixels

1/0.053 nm=(0.1033nm∗1833mm)/(0.075mm/pixel∗X2)

X2=134 pixels

So the ROI will be from: meridian +or- 33 pixel to meridian +or-134 pixel

### +or- depend on which side you are measuring ###
