Muscle X
The Muscle X Application Suite is a collection of programs intended to assist with analyzing diffraction X-ray images. The application consists the following suites: X-ray Viewers, Equator, Quadrant Folding, Projection Traces, Scanning diffraction, Add Intensities Single Experiment and Add Intensities Multiple Experiments. For each suite, we provide a brief introduction of what the suite is, how it works and how to use it on MuscleX GitHub repository. We provide five ways to install Muscle X.
